Define your Neurodiversity
Examine how your inner world and experiences line up neurodiverse identities.
Neurodiverse Self-Diagnosis Support
If you are curious if you are neurodiverse, or in what way you are neurodiverse, I would like to support you in that process.
I know it took me so long, personally, to examine and define my own neurodiversity. I would love to help you find your way through that. To complete your quest of Defining Your Neurodiversity.
I want to support you in learning characteristics of neurodiversity, and which ones fit for you personally, in a way that underscores your worth, is realistic about challenges you face, and highlights all the amazing things about you.
Many assessments for Autism and ADHD focus on dated, stereotyped views of neurodivergence. They capture outward characteristics that neurotypical assessors found different and strange. They do not capture the lovely inner worlds of neurodiverse people, or their struggles to live in a neurotypical-supremacy culture. Thus, I provide information about self-assessments you can take, but I prioritize neuro-affirming checklists created by neurodiverse folks.
Learn how other neurodiverse people describe neurodiversity. And compare it with your experience. Define your neurodiversity.
Schedule a Consultation or Send me a Message
When you schedule a consultation, I will send you a list of checklists, self-assessments, and resources to start your journey. Complete as many as you like before we meet.
This is a neuro-affirming space, so feel free to info-dump, stim, ask lots of questions, etc. Whatever helps you be you and feel comfortable. I will not be assessing or judging your interaction. I will be giving you a supportive place to process what you have found and what you think about your own neurodiverse identities and giving you any feedback you’d like from my research, experience, and knowledge.
This is not a formal diagnosis. It is a self-diagnosis, supported by a neurodiverse clinician with lots of research, and clinical and personal experience with neurodiversity. I would be happy to help you process the pros and cons of pursuing a more formal diagnosis.
Consultation sessions are $350 for a 60 minute session.
